Business Development Associate (Italy)

We are actively sourcing and structuring strategic transactions in Italy across energy, infrastructure,
and industrial sectors, with backing from international investors.
This is a high-exposure role working directly with the founder, focused on real deals — not theory.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research target companies in Italy
- Lead outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Manage communication and follow-ups
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Support negotiations and deal structuring
- Work on partnerships, JV and acquisition opportunities
Who We Are Looking For
- Native Italian (or C2) + fluent English
- 2–4 years experience in business / commercial roles
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working directly with founder
